Award winners are selected by our team of qualified practitioners from the products listed within our product recommendations directory. To be considered for an award, a product must be tested in-house and assessed against our criteria. A Bronze, Silver and Gold winner is selected from each of our award categories. Every product is assessed against a range of criteria relevant to its category. Our core considerations include health credentials, ingredient transparency, non-toxic credentials, quality, performance, clean living standards, value for money, ease of use, maintenance requirements, UK availability, company ethics and customer service. The awards are editorially independent: no brand can pay to win, and a commercial relationship with The Health Puzzle does not influence the outcome. Yes. To be considered for an award, a product must first be listed in our product recommendations directory. Only products we have personally tested and given a rating and review are eligible for an award. This is because our awards are based on direct comparison with other products we have tested, and we want every award to carry that strength of endorsement. We welcome product submissions throughout the year and recommend submitting as early as possible to guarantee your product is judged in the upcoming awards. Review time varies by product, and we pride ourselves on conducting in-depth, hands-on assessments. There is no submission fee for The Health Puzzle Awards 2027. Brands are welcome to submit their products free of charge, with no entry fee for consideration. In future years we may introduce a submission fee, in line with how established awards programmes operate. If this changes, full details will be shared on our awards page and through our brand outreach.
