About THPContacting usOur resourcesDiscount codesOnline coursesThe Health Puzzle awardsNewsletterUK Wellness HubPractitioner directory: for clientsPractitioner directory: for practitionersBrand partnershipsFor healthcare professionalsPrivacy & your data
Our practitioner directory is open to qualified UK practitioners working across natural health and lifestyle medicine. This includes nutritional therapists, holistic dentists, talking therapies, health coaches, private GPs, osteopaths, personal trainers, kinesiologists, herbalists and many more practice types that fit within our ten lifestyle medicine pillars.
We are always adding new practice types and specialisms, so if your discipline is not listed, please get in touch and we will see if we can add it.
To join, you will need to hold a recognised qualification at Level 6 or above (such as a Level 6 diploma or degree) from an established, externally regulated awarding body. We understand that some practice types require less formal qualifications. If your qualification sits below Level 6 but is recognised within your specific discipline, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk before signing up to check that you are eligible.
Practitioners listed in our directory hold a recognised qualification at Level 6 or above (such as a Level 6 diploma or degree) from an established, externally regulated awarding body. We do not accept short courses, weekend certifications or unaccredited training programmes.
This standard is higher than the minimum required to practise or hold insurance in some natural health fields, and that is intentional. The Health Puzzle is built to work alongside the NHS, private healthcare and businesses that expect a certain level of professional standard. We also want every reader who finds a practitioner through our directory to feel confident they are in safe, well-qualified hands.
For some practice types, formal training is delivered differently and qualifications may not map cleanly to Level 6. If this applies to you, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk before signing up so we can check your eligibility ahead of time.
Yes. You can be listed under multiple practice types and specialisms, and this is one of the benefits of joining the directory because it widens the number of readers who can find you.
Your profile itself stays the same across every category, including your photo, contact details and about me section, but you will appear in each relevant category and specialism when readers filter.
To make the most of this, when you sign up you can list up to three practice types (for example, nutritional therapist, naturopath) and up to three specialisms (for example, gut health, hormonal balance, neurodiversity). Practice types have a character limit of 57 characters in total, and specialisms have a character limit of 44 characters in total, so it is worth bearing in mind if you are listing multiple practice types or specialisms.
We offer three membership options to suit different stages and preferences:
Monthly membership: £5 per month, rolling, with the option to cancel at any time.
Annual membership: £55 per year, with one month free compared to paying monthly.
Lifetime membership: £555 one-off, with no further payments and access for as long as The Health Puzzle continues to operate.
All memberships include the same directory listing and member benefits. The only difference is how you choose to pay.
For full pricing details and to sign up, visit our join the directory page.
Joining the directory gives you a clear, qualified presence on The UK's Trusted Natural Health Resource, with several practical benefits designed to support you and grow your visibility.
Your directory profile. A dedicated profile page listing your practice types, specialisms, location, contact details, photo and personal introduction. Searchable and filterable across our directory, so readers can find you based on what they need.
The opportunity to publish articles on our blog. Directory practitioners can publish up to four articles a year on the topics they specialise in, with their profile linked from each piece. Published articles are then featured in our newsletter and across our social media channels.
Group expert status in the UK Wellness Hub Facebook community. Once you are a directory practitioner, you can apply for group expert status in our community of 4,500+ members. This lets you post articles, share online events, answer questions and reply to members.
Access to the THP practitioner community. A private practitioner-only community within our website, with getting-started documents, useful information from our team and a space to connect with other directory practitioners.
Free access to our online courses. Every paid Health Puzzle online course is included with your directory membership, for your own use. Contact us regarding affiliate earnings when you recommend our online courses to your clients.
Support and tips to grow your visibility. When you join, we share guidance on how to make the most of your profile, including SEO tips, social sharing advice and how to make your about me section work harder for you.

Your specialism/s (up to three, with a 44-character limit in total)
Your location and contact details (phone, email, website)

If you are unsure whether your qualifications meet our standards, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk before signing up. We are happy to check your eligibility ahead of time so you can avoid the experience of being declined and refunded.
Once you have submitted your application and made payment, your profile is sent to our team for review. We check the qualifications, certifications, memberships and insurance you have uploaded against our standards, and review your profile details to make sure everything fits within the directory.
We aim to have profiles approved and live within 48 hours. If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirming your profile is live, with a direct link to your page and guidance on how to make the most of your listing.
If your application cannot be approved, we will get in touch to let you know and your payment will be refunded in full.
Yes. You can update any part of your profile at any time. To make changes, simply email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk with the updates you would like to make, and we will action them as soon as we can.
Please note that the same limits that apply at sign-up also apply to updates. You can list:
Up to three disciplines (with a 57-character limit in total)
Up to three specialisms (with a 44-character limit in total)
A practice name (with a 53-character limit)
If an update would push a field over a limit, we may come back to you to suggest a small reword.
To cancel your listing, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk and let us know you would like to end your membership. We do not currently offer a pause option, but you are welcome to cancel and rejoin later if your circumstances change.
When you cancel, you can choose to have your profile removed immediately, or remain live until the end of the period you have already paid for. For monthly members, that is one calendar month from your last payment. For annual members, that is twelve calendar months from your last payment.
For full details, please see our practitioner terms and conditions.
