Our practitioner directory is a curated collection of qualified UK practitioners working across natural health and lifestyle medicine. From nutritional therapists and naturopaths to homeopaths, kinesiologists, herbalists, hypnotherapists, yoga teachers and more, the directory brings together professionals who can support you with a wide range of conditions, concerns and goals.
The directory is filterable by both practice type and specialism, so you can narrow your options to find the right practitioner for you and the kind of support you are looking for. Every practitioner listed has met our qualification standards, and each practitioner profile includes their qualifications, specialism, location, contact details and a short personal introduction.
To explore, visit our practitioner directory.
Our directory is designed to help you narrow your search quickly. Start by visiting our practitioner directory, then use the filters to refine your options by practice type (such as nutritional therapist, homeopath or kinesiologist) and specialism (such as gut health, hormonal balance or neurodiversity).
Once you have shortlisted a few practitioners, take a moment to read each profile, including their qualifications, specialism, location, and personal introduction. This will give you a sense of who they are and how they work.
Most practitioners offer a free discovery call, so once you have a shortlist, it is worth contacting a few to find out who feels like the right fit for you before committing to a full session.
If you are unsure where to start, browsing by your main concern or goal is often the easiest way in.
Every practitioner listed in our directory has completed formal training through a regulated awarding body. We apply strict standards to who we list, and qualifications must come from established, externally regulated institutions, not short courses or unaccredited training programmes. Many practitioners also hold memberships with professional regulatory and membership bodies that govern their ongoing practice and standards.
You can see the specific qualifications and memberships for each practitioner on their individual profile page. Most practitioners are happy to share their training, professional memberships and insurance details directly, so do feel free to ask them.
Each practitioner profile includes their contact details, usually a phone number, email address and a link to their own website. You can get in touch with them directly through whichever method suits you best to ask questions, arrange a discovery call, or book an appointment. The Health Puzzle is not involved in booking or payment, so the relationship is between you and the practitioner from the moment you make contact.
Finding the right practitioner sometimes takes a few attempts, and that is completely normal. If your first session does not feel like the right fit, you are welcome to return to our practitioner directory and look at other options. Many practitioners offer a free discovery call, so contacting two or three before committing to a full session can help you find someone whose approach and style genuinely suits you.
If you have any concerns about a specific practitioner listed in our directory, please email info@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk and we will look into it.
