The Health Puzzle

After being diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/ CFS) in 2012 I decided to pursue alternative medicine to support and heal my symptoms; due to a lack of knowledge, understanding and support through western medicine. The journey has led me to try various alternative therapies including naturopathy nutrition, acupuncture, homeopathy, herbal medicine, and functional tests. I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Naturopathic Nutritionist.

Going through the journey of living with a chronic illness for over 10 years I decided to take control of my own health and study for 3 years with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist. I’ve made a big leap in my own health journey by getting to the root of ME/CFS with functional testing, this has led me to a road of recovery. My goal is to help people get to the root of their health issues and treat the person as a whole rather than just the illness.
