About Me
As a Holistic Health Coach, I am your accountability partner, empowering you to implement long lasting changes that improve your health and wellbeing. Together we'll set personalised goals that are achievable, celebrate your progress, and navigate challenges so that you can be the boss of your health. My 5 pillars of health are nutrition, fitness, sleep, managing stress and mindset.
Before becoming a Health Coach, I was a Teacher of Science for 13 years having studied Biomedical Sciences (BSc), PGCE and a Masters at the University of Warwick. I love working with people and have many tools and skills to support behavioural change and help others achieve the goals they aspire for.
