Below are a range of delicious breakfast recipes for you, from simple porridge to an English breakfast
Porridge
Basic Overnight Porridge
 
Ingredients
40g Oats 
250ml Water/Milk 
 
Method
1) Place oats and milk/water into a bowl and mix together, cover
and leave overnight in the fridge
2) Place the mixture into a saucepan and heat slowly heat,
stiring frequently
3) Pour into a bowl and add your preferred toppings
Additional Information
1/2 the amount for children
Milk can be any kind from cow to cashew
Topping Ideas: 1 tsp Honey, Nuts, Seeds, Berries, Dried Fruit, 
Fresh Fruit, Spices....etc.
Chia Pudding
Basic Pudding 1
 
Ingredients
250ml Milk
5 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Nut Butter
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
 
Method
1) Pour milk, maple syrup, nut butter and cinnamon into a bowl
2) Melt the coconut oil either in a small pan over heat or in a cup
in the microwave
3) Pour into the bowl and mix everything together
4) Add the chia seeds and mix again
5) Cover and place in the fridge overnight
6) Eat on its own or add some extra toppings for a different taste!
Additional Information
Milk can be any kind from cow to cashew
Nut Butter can be any kind from almond to peanut
Topping Ideas: 1 tsp Honey, Nuts, Seeds, Berries, Dried Fruit, 
Fresh Fruit, Spices....etc.
On Toast
Basic Scrambled Egg on Toast 1
 
Ingredients
2 Eggs
Small Knob of Butter
Dash of Milk
Salt and Pepper
 
Method
1) Whisk egg, milk, butter, salt and pepper together in a bowl
2) Either microwave for about 90 seconds, beating every 30
seconds or warm in a saucepan or frying pan, stiring frequently
3) Toast the bread
4) Butter the toast and add the scrambled egg on top
Additional Information
1/2 the amount for children
Butter and milk can be any kind from cow to soy
Do not add salt if your butter already contains it!
Granola
Basic Granola 1 (Cinnamon and Nut)
 
Ingredients
300g Nut Mix
300g Seed Mix
240g Oats
200g Milled Flax Seed
Handful of Dried Fruit
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
4 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
 
Method
1) Preheat oven to 180 C
2) Mix the oats, nuts and seeds in a bowl
3) Melt the coconut oil and honey in a small pan and add
the cinnamon
4) Pour mix over the dry ingredients and stir
5) Pour all ingredients onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes until toasted
6) Once cooled place into an airtight container and add a handful of dried fruit
7) When ready to use serve on top of yogurt or with milk

Nut Ideas: Cashew, Almond, Pecan, Hazel, Peanut, Brazil
Seed Ideas: Chia, Sunflower, Pumpkin
Dried Fruit Ideas: Cranberry, Raison, Blueberry, Saltanas
