Below are a range of delicious drink recipes for you, from hot chocolate to smoothies.
Hot Chocolate
Josie's Homemade Hot Chocolate
1 Heaped tsp Cacoa Powder
1 Heaped tsp Coconut Milk Powder
1 tsp Honey
Hot Water
1) Add the cocoa and coconut milk powder into your mug, followed by the honey
2) Pour a splash or two of hot water and mix into a paste
3) Add water to the top and stir again
Additional Tips
Add one drop of your favorite doterra essential oils such as peppermint, lavender, wild orange, on guard, etc to your drink one it has cooled a little instead of a sugar filled syrup!
Herbal Teas
Beauty Tea (Supports Liver and Kidneys)
From Healing Herbal Teas by Sarah Farr
1 Part Dandelion Root
1 Part Burdock Root
0.25 Part Liquorice
0.15 Part Calendula Flowers
1) Combine 3 tbsp of the above mix into a lidded saucepan
2) Add 3 cups of cold water and slowly bring to a simmer
3) Let it simmer without high heat for at least 20 minutes
4) Strain and enjoy
Digestion Enhancing Smoothie

115g Cabbage
A Small Handful of Watercress
1 Pear
1 Stick of Celery
1 tsp Spirulina
1) Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor/blender
2) Pour into a cup and enjoy
Summer Strawberry Smoothie

6 Frozen Strawberries
5 Walnuts
1/4 Avocado
2 Dates
Almond Milk
1) Place dates in a cup and half cover them with boiling water and leave for a few minutes
2) Add all of the ingredients including the dates into a blender, adding the milk to your required consistency
3) Pour into a glass and enjoy!
