Shop Recommendations
Below are some recommendations for shops that I would recommend and the reasons why! If you have any other recommendations that leave it in the comment section below!
Frome, Somerset, UK
Frome Wholefoods
(Frome, Somerset)

Description: A lovely independent shop that sells a wide range of products to suit a more holistic and healthy lifestyle. From food to supplements, to soap. There are a good range of items that can be bought plastic free and the ethics of each product is thoroughly checked and rechecked.

Pros: The staff really do care about their products, a wide range of organic, vegan, ethical, free from, natural, toxic free goods, largely good advice from staff, reasonably priced.
Cons: Sometimes the staff can be uninviting.

The Garden Cafe Next Door
(Frome, Somerset)

Description: A rather fancy wholefood shop with a range of items from organic veg to soap. There are zero waste options and a deli that serves lovely food. You can feel very watched and uncomfortable plus the layout of the shop can be annoying.

Pros: The salad boxes from the cafe are to die for, zero waste options, options not seen in other health stores.
Cons: The shop can feel a little uninviting, somethings are really expensive, the cafe is right in the middle of the shop which is annoying, you can feel very watched.
Brighton, UK
Infinity Foods
(Brighton)

Description: A really lovely wholefood and well being shop with a wide range of products from skincare to organic fruits and veg. There are lots of well trained staff ready to help and you can tell all staff have a strong personal interest in natural health. There are many items not seen in other health stores.

Pros: The staff were really lovely and helpful, there were products I had never come across before, staff were really knowledgeable, there was a really community atmosphere in the shop, it felt very welcoming.
Cons: Slightly difficult to find.

The Natural Store
(Falmouth)

Description: A really lovely wholefood and wellbeing shop with an equally lovely cafe. It is in a lovely location with a wide range of products from food and supplements to body care. The shop layout is very appealing and the location is lovely.

Pros: The staff were really lovely and helpful, there were products I had never come across before, staff were really knowledgeable, there was a really community atmosphere in the shop, it felt very welcoming.
Cons: Would love to have seen more gluten and dairy free products in the deli. At times when shopping due to the layout you could feel a little watched.
Monmouth, Monmouthshire, UK
Wyedean Health Foods
(Monmouth)

Description: A really lovely shop, it did not look that inviting from the outside but on the inside it was an Aladdin's cave of natural health treasure. There was an amazing range of each item from toothpaste to tea. The prices were actually cheaper than Holland and Barrett which is amazing to see.

Pros: Staff were lovely, great selection, prices were below most other wholefood shops, lots of options, felt really cosy.
Cons: The shop front is not inviting.
