We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions. Notices may be provided through the THP Practitioner directory group, email, or other communication channels we have on record. We encourage you to review all changes to the Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the updated terms and conditions, you have the option to discontinue using The Health Puzzle’s products and services. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will not have retroactive application. They will apply only to future interactions.
2. Enrolment
2.1 Enrolment Form
Please double-check your practitioner details before confirming payment. These can be altered later; however, missing details such as practitioner certification could lead to your profile being declined and membership refunded.
2.2 Practitioner Certifications
The Health Puzzle Practitioner directory will only accept practitioners with a qualification at Level 6 or above (e.g. Level 6 diploma or degree). However, we understand that some practice types require less formal qualifications. If you do not hold certification Level 6 or above in your specific discipline, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk before making payment. Those who cannot provide adequate certification cannot join the directory.
2.3 After Successful Payment
After you have successfully made payment (monthly, annually or lifetime) your profile information will be sent to our team for review. Once your profile has been reviewed and approved, your details will be added to The Health Puzzle Directory. You will receive an email with a link to your live profile along with additional information. Take your time in reading this email thoroughly and reviewing your profile information.
2.4 Business Hours
Please note that practitioner details will be reviewed and approved during business hours (Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm). While our team will do everything they can to get your profile live as soon as possible, there may be a temporary delay between when you make payment and when your profile is live.
2.5 Duration of Access and Plan Cancellation
2.5.1 Monthly Membership
Practitioner profiles and access to all monthly member benefits will continue for as long as the practitioner continues to make monthly payments. When the practitioner cancels their plan, their profile will remain live for one calendar month after their last successful payment. Their profile and all member benefits will be removed after this time. If a practitioner would like all of their details immediately, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk.
If a monthly payment is unsuccessful, the practitioner will be contacted and given a set amount of time (minimum 48 hours) to make a successful payment. Should the practitioner not make a successful payment within the time, their live profile and member benefits will be removed one calendar month from the last date of successful payment.
2.5.2 Annual Membership (12 calendar months)
Practitioner profiles and access to all annual member benefits will continue for as long as the practitioner continues to make annual payments. When the practitioner cancels their plan, their profile will remain live for twelve calendar months after their last successful payment. Their profile and all member benefits will be removed after this time. If a practitioner would like all of their details immediately, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk.
If the annual payment is unsuccessful, the practitioner will be contacted and given a set amount of time (minimum 48 hours) to make a successful payment. Should the practitioner not make a successful payment within the time, their live profile and member benefits will be removed twelve calendar months from the last date of successful payment.
2.5.3 Lifetime Membership
Practitioner profiles and access to all lifetime member benefits will continue for as long as The Health Puzzle Practitioner directory remains a viable business. Should the practitioner choose to cancel their lifetime membership, they will lose access to their live profile and all lifetime member plan benefits. Practitioners who cancel their lifetime member plans will be contacted by email to confirm cancellation. If the practitioner does not reply within the set amount of time (minimum 48 hours) given within the email, their profile and all member benefits will be removed. If a practitioner would like all of their details immediately, please email directory@thehealthpuzzle.co.uk.
2.5.4 Cancelled Plans or Unsuccessful Payments
If a practitioner cancels any plan type or cannot make successful payment, all practitioner details will be deleted; this includes all data provided during sign up. Should a practitioner choose to reactivate their plan, they will need to sign up as if they are new. No details are kept after the period associated with each plan. Please see plan-specific guidance above.
You or we can end the contract by giving the other at least 30 days’ notice in writing.
2.5.5 Suspended Memberships
We may end your membership or suspend our services immediately upon giving you written notice if any of the following applies:

After you have made payment, you will automatically be enrolled in our THP Practitioner Directory group. Here you will find useful getting-started documents and a forum. Updates and useful information will be shared within this group about the practitioner directory.
2.9 Free Online Course Access
All Practitioner Directory members will be given free access to The Health Puzzle’s online courses when they become available. These are for the use of the Practitioner only; they are not to be used or shared with any other person. Should you be found to have shared our online course content, access to our online courses will be removed.
