The Health Puzzle

This is a brilliant lotion that we at The Health Puzzle use regularly for tight muscles, period cramps, sleep support and to increase our magnesium levels transdermally (via our skin).

The packaging comes in a handy pump bottle making it easy to use. Rub the lotion over a small area or all over the body. This lotion does not leave a nasty layer on the skin unlike many other products making it lovely to use and still get the benefits.

To get the greatest benefit apply the lotion when your pores are open, such as, after a bath or shower. However, you will still get great benefits applying the lotion when your pores are closed.

You may find that this lotion makes your skin feel a little bit tingly, especially when you apply it when your pores are open or you first start using it. However, this feeling should be very mild.

For use with period cramps, rub a small amount over the lower section of the stomach.
