Hi, I'm Chi. I'm a nutritionist, Kresser Institute Trained Practitioner and an ISSA-certified personal trainer. I also juggle work and family commitments with health and fitness aspirations - just like you. I’ve been there and I know that you have the discipline it takes to meet your goals. I help clients build mental and physical strength and resilience - at any age - and I do so by sidestepping gimmicks and going into the heart and soul of wellbeing:
