Josie Shillabeer

Founder · Nutritional Therapist · Writer · Editor

Josie is a nutritional therapist trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, with a first-class degree from Keele University. She is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and is supported by the King’s Trust Enterprise Programme. She founded The Health Puzzle to bring qualified education, honest recommendations, and practitioner support into one trusted place. The resource she could not find when she needed it. At THP, she leads all content creation, brand partnerships, and practitioner outreach. Outside of work, she loves rock climbing, making her own natural material clothing, and exploring the beautiful Somerset countryside.

Chandy is a nutritional therapist trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her writing combines clinical knowledge with practical, everyday advice that any reader can apply. At THP she writes across nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, getting creative with pottery and going off on adventures with her partner.

Helen Morton

Helen brings over a decade of clinical and research experience to THP, with a particular focus on the areas where nutrition, female health and performance intersect. She qualified at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She is also the author of Eat Well Run Strong: Essential Nutrition for Female Runners and works as Digital Content Expert at Optibac Probiotics. A committed runner and mum, Helen's own experience as an athlete and mother informs and deepens everything she writes.

Ben brings a physicist's curiosity to the world of health and wellness, diving deep into the science behind the products, materials and lifestyle choices that shape how we feel and live. A BSc Physics graduate from the University of Bath, he is also the founder of ADAPT Network, a UK sustainable adventure and lifestyle resource. At THP he writes across sustainability, clean living and the science behind everyday wellness products. Outside of work, he loves, rock climbing, surfskating and exploring the outdoors.

Detail-oriented and people-focused, she ensures every practitioner who joins THP is the right fit. Her work behind the scenes is what keeps THP's professional network growing steadily and purposefully.

She graduated with distinction from the UK College of Nutrition and Health, and her own unexpected health decline in her twenties was the catalyst that led her to nutritional therapy and root cause thinking.

Melody is a nutritional therapist with over 18 years of clinical experience, specialising in Parkinson's disease and digestive health. She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and a Dip ION from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She is registered with BANT and CNHC, and works through the lens of personalised nutrition to support individuals with complex neurological and digestive conditions.
