Hi, I am Claire & I am a very passionate & empathetic Holistic Nutritional Therapist, with a great attention to detail, who loves to get to the root cause of things. I use a combination of nutrition, kinesiology, colour therapy & even Astrology to enable this, plus to ensure I provide a full holistic service to my clients. I have worked for 15 years now in all areas of nutrition, but I particularly enjoy working in the area of hormonal & gut health. I also enjoy working in the sports field & regularly deliver talks on all of these topics. I look forward to working with you & helping you achieve optimal health & wellbeing!
