A really great product if you are struggling with constipation and looking for a prebiotic.

Mix the powder into room temperature water and give it a mix. You will find that most of the time only half of it will dissolve and you need to drink it, add more water and mix until it has all gone.

Begin by licking/wetting your finger and dipping it into a small amount of the powder and licking it off. Then increase the amount to 1/8 tsp and so on until you have either reached the recommended dosage or less if you are getting the right results.

Because this product is a prebiotic and will feed your microbiome (gut bugs) if you were to take the full dose straight away you would end up with some unwanted gastrointestinal side effects. By going slowly you are feeding your gut garden and allowing it to bloom at its own pace.
