A series of clear reference guides to interpreting blood test results, written by a registered nutritional therapist from a functional-nutrition perspective, with separate titles covering fatigue, hormones, cardiovascular markers, allergies and intolerances, autoimmune markers, and children. Each explains the difference between a standard lab reference range and an optimal one, and how to spot markers sitting below optimal, which makes the set especially useful for practitioners new to working with bloods. They are a strong starting point for understanding potential root causes and the bigger picture behind a result. One important caveat: a single out-of-range marker is only part of the story, and putting any findings into action is best done with a qualified professional such as a nutritional therapist or GP, rather than as a substitute for medical advice.
