I reach for it after a long day on my feet at work, or in the days following something strenuous like a long hike or run—I love the warming and cooling sensation it creates. It is one of the products I recommend most to friends and family, and they then recommend to their friends. While the base is not a fully natural formulation, which is what holds it off a five puzzle rating, it stands out clearly against the synthetic muscle rubs it sits alongside. The scent is strong, and because it contains wintergreen it is best avoided in pregnancy and patch tested first.
