Reusable, washable knitted wristbands with a small plastic stud that rests against the Nei-Kuan point on the inner wrist to apply gentle acupressure. The Nei-Kuan point is associated with a key spot on your inner wrist used in traditional Chinese medicine to support nausea, motion sickness, upset stomach, and anxiety. Drug-free, latex-free, and suitable for adults and children from age three, they are a popular option during pregnancy and for motion sickness. As someone who experiences travel sickness in cars and on backward-facing train seats, and a long-time sceptic who used to rely on tablets, I now pack a pair for every car and train journey I take.
