Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is a raw, unfiltered, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar made from organically grown apples, rigorously tested to contain live Mother, the naturally occurring colony of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, and organic acids produced during fermentation. Most supermarket apple cider vinegars are filtered and pasteurised, removing the Mother entirely and with it the properties that make ACV a valued part of a healthy daily routine. Stored and sold in a glass bottle, which is important given that acetic acid can cause plastic to leach chemicals into the liquid over time. Recommended as a versatile daily wellness staple used diluted in water, in salad dressings, marinades, and sauces, or applied topically as part of a natural beauty routine.
