This is the best stainless steel hot chocolate maker I have found. I previously used a Velvetiser, which I really liked, but I knew when it needed replacing I wanted to find one without the non-stick coating and large plastic whisk. When it needed replacing, I tried the Smeg hot chocolate maker, but my drinks tasted burnt. I thought it might be an issue with having a fully stainless steel jug, but thankfully I took the plunge and tested this ProCook device, and it is just like my much-loved Veletiser but with what I was looking for in my clean kitchen. The only downside is a small amount of plastic in the whisk attachment, far less than the Velvetiser or Smeg use, so for now it is the best option I have come across.
