The moderate-heavy option is perfect for the first few days of your period when your flow is heavier and you feel more tender. The lighter pair is perfect to wear alongside a menstrual cup or tampon for extra protection, or on lighter days. Out of all the menstrual products I have tested, these have remained the softest and most comfortable. While they contain a small amount of synthetic materials, such as elastane, this is less than others I have tried.
