New Research Shows That Chips Are Healthier For You Than Blueberries!

Unfortunately, while potatoes do contain a range of health supportive nutrients, including, carbohydrates, fibre, vitamin C and antioxidants; when they are fried at high temperatures they are no longer health supportive. While they taste great the inflammatory fats that the chips are cooked in can be very damaging to our health. However, if you were to pair them with a good handful of anti-inflammatory blueberries it will help to reduce the amount of damage cause by eating the chips.


So next time you eat your chips pair them with a lovely side of blueberries!
