My name is Elizabeth Bray. I am a BANT registered nutritional therapist and a registered naturopath.

My aim is to find the root cause of your symptoms, using a holistic approach to your health. I use lab testing in my clinical practice to assess and help identify root causes of imbalances. This includes detailed Microbiome testing.

Using dietary and natural supplement recommendations, your protocol is designed, in working with you, to optimise your health. Disease prevention is included in my approach. I am NTEC qualified in the Systems approach to Cancer.
