Notes

Nut & seed mix that can be added to a range of dishes or can be eaten on its own was a snack. To make this recipe nut free, switch out the nuts for 100g of sunflower seeds and 100g of pumpkin seeds. For a lower sugar option reduce the amount of honey or maple syrup you add to the mixture.
