A high-strength oral spray that delivers 3000 IU of vitamin D3 with 75µg of vitamin K2 in a sugar-free peppermint base, taken as a quick spray into the mouth rather than swallowed. This was a favourite of mine while training as a nutritional therapist, simply because it is so easy to take: you spray it straight into your mouth, and because it does not need refrigerating it stays in sight, which makes it far easier to remember daily. Worth exploring for anyone who finds tablets a chore, or who has been advised to top up their vitamin D, especially through the autumn and winter months. This spray does contain the preservative potassium sorbate and is in a plastic bottle, lowering my rating. This is a budget friendly option that tastes really nice.
