Ingredients


  • 1 banana

  • 200 g frozen mango chunks

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 cm fresh ginger, peeled

  • 250 ml coconut milk

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 2 tsp live organic natural yoghurt (optional, for creaminess)

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
