Golden turmeric smoothie recipe
Ingredients
1 banana
200 g frozen mango chunks
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cm fresh ginger, peeled
250 ml coconut milk
Pinch of black pepper
2 tsp live organic natural yoghurt (optional, for creaminess)

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
